OMSI featuring dinos in limited reopening

Dinosaurs Revealed, the latest exhibit at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI), will open on March 20 and will be on view through Sep. 6. The exhibit includes lifelike and life-size animatronic dinosaurs with real fossils and full dinosaur skeletons.

The exhibit provides new insights regarding the latest dinosaur discoveries—how they moved, what they actually looked like and the sounds they made—and how these amazing, prehistoric creatures ruled our planet for approximately 150 million years.

“Even as science refines what we know about dinosaurs, there is so much more yet to discover, which is what makes this such a terrific exhibit. The immersive experience of Dinosaurs Revealed has something for everyone, including school groups, history buffs, armchair explorers, and outdoor enthusiasts,” said Erin Graham, OMSI president and CEO.

Exhibit admissions are currently limited to 25% of regular capacity with staggered entry times. Tickets are free for OMSI Members, $12 for adults, $10 for youth (ages 3-13) and $8 for seniors (age 63+).

OMSI is closed most Mondays. Hours are open from Tue.-Sun. 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online at omsi.edu
