When I-5 northbound is closed at MP 263, motor carriers can take Exit 263 to Brooklake Road to OR99E back to I-5 northbound.
When I-5 southbound is closed at MP 282, motor carriers can take Exit 282A to OR551 to OR99E back to I-5 southbound.
