Quilt Guild takes cues from very weird year

A pandemic safety-themed quilt by Joanne Leeth

The Mid-Valley Quilt Guild’s annual display at the Keizer Civic Center is most definitely a reflection of the times.

In addition to the usual line-up of birds and landscapes, elements of safety guideline, quarantine and even a COVID-19 molecule all found their way into this year’s Quilts at Keizer show.

The quilts are on display for viewing in the hallways of the Keizer Civic Center during normal business hours. Visitors must wear a face covering and should maintain social distancing.
