Elks host fundraiser golf tourney

The Keizer Elks Lodge held its annual golf tournament on Sunday, Aug. 30, at McNary Golf Course. There were 92 members and guests who participated with lunch, prizes and awards afterwards. There were 24 sponsors of which five were Gold Sponsors from local businesses. The Gold Sponsors were: Thrivent Financial, Columbia Bank, R. Bauer Insurance, HomeSmart Real Estate and Keizer Vision Source. The proceeds are to benefit the Oregon Elks Children’s Eye Clinic and McNary High School underfunded athletics, performing arts, JrROTC and the bowling team.
