Here’s the latest from Keizertimes

Good morning.

So far, not a soul has filed to run for one open seat on the Keizer Fire District Board.

One candidate has filed for a second seat – Corri Johnson. She is executive director of the Keizer Chamber of Commerce.

The filing deadline for the races is Thursday, March 20. Details about the seats and how to file are on the website of the Marion County Clerk’s Office. The vote is in May.
