Body found in car north of Keizer following Christmas hit-and-run
A hit-and-run in the early hours of Christmas morning lead to the death of a 16-year-old in Salem. The body of the victim was found hours later north of Keizer. A Salem man is being charged with manslaughter, reckless driving and abuse of a corpse in the wake of the accident.
