The Keizer Art Association (KAA) is accepting entries for its January show, “Fins, Feathers and Fur.”
The animal-themed show will open Jan. 7. Intake for pieces will be on Jan. 4 from 3 – 6 p.m. at the KAA gallery.
An opening reception will be held on Saturday, Jan. 7 from 2 – 4 p.m at the Enid Joy Mount Gallery and classroom.
Awards for best in show and juror’s merit, as well as first, second and third place in individual categories will be presented at the reception.
Best in show will receive $100.
Mediums for pieces include 2D, photography, digital art, 3D and youth art.
Children ages 4-14 are encouraged to enter the show. Entry forms can be found online at keizerarts.com.
Entry cost for KAA members is $10 for one piece, $15 for two, $15 for diptychs and triptychs, $20 for three pieces and $25 for four. Non-members cost an additional $10. Youth entries are $5 for up to two pieces.
Commission for art sales at the show are 70% to the artist, 30% to KAA.
