An arson fire caught on a security camera damaged the West Salem offices of Lighthouse Financial Enterprises, Inc., owned by Keizer resident Phillip Gerstner.
The Dec. 12 fire is under investigation by Salem Police.
Lighthouse Financial is located at 110 Wallace Rd. NW.
The security footage shows a man setting fire to cardboard in a recycling container in a vestibule.
The business suffered extensive smoke damage and is closed while clean up gets underway.
