In two recent Keizertimes stories, Council may investigate one of its own and Emails show city staff reacting on the fly the incorrect date was given for the day Councilor Roland Herrera forwarded an email to himself with a copy of Chris Eppley’s incident report.

The date Herrera forwarded the email to himself was March 5. The date reported, March 23, was the date a copy of Herrera email was forwarded between two administrative accounts at the city.
