LETTER: I support Dylan Juran and Roland-Schwartz

To the Editor:

On Tuesday November 3, Keizer will be electing two new city council members.

I am writing in support of Dylan Juran for Position 2, and Michele Roland-Schwartz for Position 3, two proven community members who care about Keizer’s future.

Dylan has been an outstanding public servant. As council liaison to the Parks Board, I have observed his dedication over the past five years serving on the city’s most active board. He has been a student mentor, director of satellite gaming, and youth leader with Lakepoint Community Church. He would bring a fresh and much needed perspective to our Council.

Michele has a wealth of experience working with agencies in her current role as director for the Oregon Attorney General’s Oregon Sexual Assault Task Force. She is active with her children’s school (Cummings Elementary), and is currently serving on the Art Commission. Michele always acts with integrity, caring and thoughtfulness –traits that are useful during city council deliberations.

Both Dylan and Michele are open-minded, trustworthy, and dependable who value God, family and community.

Please join me in voting for: Dylan Juran for Position 2, and Michele Roland-Schwartz for Position 3

Roland Herrera
