The Keizer Community Library is holding a two-day book sale at the Keizer Civic Center (930 Chemawa Rd.) on Friday, Oct. 2 and Saturday, Oct. 3 from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. on each day.
Nearly 8,000 books will be available at the sale.
Hardcover books, audio books, CDs, DVDs will be available for $1 while VHS tapes and paperback books will go for 50 cents. There will also be special pricing on select items.
Bargain hours are from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3. During this time, people can fill a grocery bag with whatever items they can fit for $5 — bags will be provided.
Book sale proceeds fund the library’s operations.
