a. RESOLUTION – Authorizing City Manager to award and enter into an agreement with Gelco Construction Inc. for the construction of pathway along Delight Street North.
b. RESOLUTION- Authorizing City Manager to award and enter into an agreement with R&R General Contacting for upgrades to ADA Curb ramps and pedestrians traffic signals on River Road.
c. RESOLUTION – Authorizing City Manager to enter into amendment number 01 to Oregon Department of Transportation Local Agency Certification Prohram Supplemental Project Agreement for Fiber Optic Interconnect- River Road” Shangri-La Avenue to Wheatland Road.
