To the Editor:

The West Keizer Neighborhood Association will be starting back up with its general meetings on Thursday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. at the Keizer Civic Center. For more information go to the website.

Please come join us as we will be meeting with Keizer Parks Advisory Board chair Richard Walsh and our WKNA representative, Ron Freeman, to discuss the community build play structure planned for Keizer Rapids Park.

This past year the WKNA has worked with the Keizer Public Works Department, the Parks Board and the Keizer Parks Foundation to replace the play structure at Willamette Manor Park located behind the Holiday Swim Club.  It will be exciting to again work towards improving the quality of life for those who live, work and play in Keizer.  If you are not a member of the WKNA, you are welcome to attend the meeting to learn more about the play structure project and how you may start an association in your neighborhood!
